The Art of Dining - Win a pair of tickets to an Art of Dining event

The Art of Dining is chef Ellen Parr, and artist and set designer Alice Hodge. They put on themed Pop Up restaurant's around London. Together they embark on making a dining experience an art form.
Parr spent her formative years working at Moro before travelling around South East Asia researching cooking methods, techniques and flavours. She currently works at Copita in Soho. Hodge is one half of the art duo Cockings & Hodge and works in theatre as well as weddings and parties designing and creating distinctive atmospheres.
Founded in September 2011, the duo have held various pop-up dining experiences in exciting locations across East London, for example "Rations", a World War II themed pop-up held in the 'Sergeant Major's Mess' at the HAC. Diners experienced a six-course menu including dishes such as gourmet spam in a mess tin, Moroccan spiced pigeon pie, and chocolate and caraway bread & butter pudding with earl grey custard poured from teapots. Their latest endeavour was a commission by the V&A as part of their 'Friday Late' event.
The winner can use their tickets at any Art Of Dining event this year. Expires Dec 31st 2012.
